ooookay.... here I am at a loss :(

I can't come up with a clear understand of 'how to'. I've finished two units of Genki 1. And unit 3 has already got like a lot of kanji. So should I learn them now? Need I learn them now? Or I can learn them, later? Bc after kana they've got numbers.

I've also downloaded this book

and obviously it's waaaay ahead my current level. So I must start with numbers and days of the week first them....Gosh! I'm so confused! I'm also not especially tech savvy to use Anki
