"Today I was thinking about how I often lock myself out of the world. Always headphones in, my phone in hand... like I'm somewhere else. But when I look up — really look — I see somethimg beautiful. The sea, the sunshine, green grass, birds singing, people living their lives. I was sitting on the beach, and a schoolboy came closer to the water. A moment later, his friend ran up and jokingly pushed him. They laughed so loudy, threw stones into the water, splashing the incoming waves. It felt so alive, so real. I didn't know any of them. 

              Maybe... it's okay to put the phone down sometimes and just be there. 

              I like to take pictures. To catch a little moment in a small image. To freeze somethimg fleeting — a memory of where I've been,

              what I was doing,

              what I was feeling.

              Just for a second, time stands still. And I can keep it forever."
