More generally, to stay alive without resorting to drastic methods (not necessarily increase lifespan by cutting rate of aging) and based on meta studies on pubmed:
Consume:
Fruits and veggies
Whole grains and seeds
Fish, poultry
Many types of dairy
Nuts (including peanuts)
Healthy oils and fats, such as olive and avocado oil (oils high in monounsaturated fats and omega 3s)
Avoid:
Processed meats
Red meat
Bleached flour and refined grains
Sugar and sugary drinks
Transfat
High amounts of sodium
But a large part of longevity is managing your glucose levels. As far as that goes Pepsi compared to fruit juice isn't crazy. Any sugar source will spike your glucose levels release insulin and so forth. Elevated glucose levels lead to reduction of proteins/fats and anything they can get their hands on building Advanced Glycation End products. These build up cause inflammation and which is the biggest driver for aging/age related illness. If you are going to drink something sugary fruit juice wins of course but both lead to the same end. I'd rather go for something sugar free or get a mio if you crave a sweet drink. Lemon water with Splenda is a good choice too if artificial sweeteners don't upset your digestion.
