Dual learning was a 2018 paper by some researchers of NPL that made a new algorithm that basically was able to translate two languages that was able to get similar or superior scores to human translators between chink and english in double blind trials by microsoft.

So far is the most advanced tech for translation I'm aware of.

It simply happens that there's not a company that has implemented this as a commercial product, but holy shit, the library is there, ready to be used by someone with a CS degree or knows how ML works (like me).
